A being hovers weightless over the landscape. They have fin-like ears and elongated spinal ridges suggesting that they are not from this world and perhaps a more aquatic environment instead. A formless energy swirls around their head, and it appears to emanate from the mind as well as the mouth. Beneath them sits a pool of water surrounded by a mountainous ring that juts into the sky. They are crouched in a fetal position and their eyes are closed as if dreaming. They dream of new worlds and new realities. As they dream, energy flows from their thoughts and mouth bringing this new vision into being. The world starts to coalesce around them.
